Workshops Terms & Conditions
These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which OMO, LLC (“OMO Designs) provides floral design workshops and classes to you. Please read these Terms carefully before you book a Workshop. By booking a Workshop online via our website (or any other website), email, telephone, or any other method, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Upon booking a Workshop, you will be sent an email confirming the reservation of your spot in the Workshop. Please ensure you have given us your correct email address as all communications will be sent to you by email.
All Workshop fees must be paid at the time of booking and are non-refundable except as described below. Since we purchase flowers and supplies for each class, we cannot offer a credit for no-shows or last-minute cancellations.
Each Workshop will be led by one of our talented Floral Designers. The Floral Designers for each course may vary and we do not guarantee the presence of any particular Floral Designer at any particular Workshop.
Photos and videos may be taken by OMO Designs of participants during a Workshop. These photos and videos may be used for our marketing materials or on our social media accounts. Please let us know if you do not wish to appear in any photographs or videos. If you take any photos or videos of your work during the Workshop and post them on social media, please credit OMO Designs by tagging our social media accounts.
All intellectual property rights and other ownership rights in all documentation, flowers, arrangements, materials, designs, creative concepts, logos and branding (in whatever form) relating in any way to any of our Workshops and your participation in them belong to OMO Designs and may not be copied, distributed or used by you without our prior written consent.
